The Royal Commission held a roundtable in its Sydney offices to discuss issues in relation to the memory of child sexual abuse and the law.
This roundtable was held in conjunction with a research project on memory and the law. It involved a number of invited academics and clinicians with research and practice expertise in this area.
As the roundtable coincided with the last day of the public hearing in Case Study 57 in relation to the nature, cause and impact of child sexual abuse, the roundtable was open to participants only on the day.
