The Royal Commission held a public hearing in Sydney from Wednesday 25 to Friday 27 March 2015.
The public hearing enabled invited persons and institutions to speak to their written submissions to the Royal Commission's consultation paper on redress and civil litigation.
The scope and purpose of the public hearing was to:
- Enable invited persons and institutions to:
- speak to their written submissions to the Royal Commission’s Consultation Paper on Redress and Civil Litigation and/or otherwise comment on the issues raised in the Consultation Paper, and
- respond to questions asked by the Royal Commission.
- Any related matters.
